Unrestricted file upload in SentCMS 4.0.x allows remote attackers to execute PHP code through /user/upload/upload. The unauthenticated endpoint accepts attacker-supplied PHP files without enforcing authorization or a safe file-type restriction. No account or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation provides remote code execution on the affected server.
