Unauthorized project membership via stale email invitations

Access-control bypass in GitLab EE before 15.0.5, 15.1 before 15.1.4, and 15.2 before 15.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to join projects. Pending email invitations remain effective after a Group Owner enables the member lock, and account creation grants the invited project membership without rechecking that setting. Exploitation requires control of an email address invited before the lock was enabled; resulting access is limited to the invitation's assigned role.
