Process crash via unterminated UTF-16 conversion buffer

Heap-buffer over-read in MP4Box in GPAC 1.0.1 allows context-dependent attackers to crash the process via a crafted input file. gf_utf_get_utf8_string_from_bom allocates an undersized conversion buffer that ctxload_probe_data treats as a NUL-terminated string, causing a read past its end. Triggering requires a user to make MP4Box inspect the file; the upstream reproducer shows a crash, while NVD reports no confidentiality or integrity impact.
