Process crash via stale BIFS quantization state

Use-after-free in GPAC 1.0.1 MP4Box allows local users to crash the process by opening a crafted BIFS-bearing media file. During nested BIFS command-list decoding, gf_bifs_flush_command_list leaves codec->ActiveQP referencing a freed QuantizationParameter object, which BD_ReadSFFloat or Q_IsTypeOn later reads. Execution requires a local user to make MP4Box parse the crafted file; the demonstrated consequence is an AddressSanitizer-detected process abort.
