Stored XSS via unescaped custom attribute help text

Stored XSS in Checkmk 2.0.0 through 2.0.0p19 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. The custom user attribute editor stores Help Text as HTML and renders it without escaping when a user record is edited. User Management and Manage Custom Attributes rights are required to plant the payload, and another user must edit the affected account to trigger it.
