Remote code execution via unauthenticated AirServ file operations

Improper authentication in IObit IOTransfer 4.3.1.1561 allows remote attackers to read or write arbitrary files through AirServ requests. AirServ's GET and POST dispatchers accept DOWNLOAD_FILE and UPLOAD_FILE actions without access-control checks and use attacker-supplied paths for privileged file operations. The TCP service listens on port 7193 with administrative privileges, so network reachability is sufficient to steal data or place files that enable remote code execution.
