Stack buffer overrun in Microsoft .NET, Visual Studio, and PowerShell allows remote attackers to execute code after user interaction. Microsoft identifies the .NET Double Parse routine as the locus but does not disclose the faulty bounds operation. Execution requires a user to trigger the payload in an affected application, where code runs in that application's security context.
