Code execution via remote-ext clone URL

Command injection in GitPython before 3.1.30 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through a crafted clone URL. Repo.clone() and Repo.clone_from() pass the URL directly to git clone, allowing an ext:: URL to invoke Git's remote-ext helper and run shell commands. Exposure requires a consuming application to pass an attacker-controlled repository URL; commands run with that application's privileges.
