Service crash via uninitialized header variable

Denial of service in mscdex Dicer 0.3.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash Node.js servers via malformed multipart headers. HeaderParser.prototype._parseHeader treats a leading space or tab as a folded header and dereferences the uninitialized h variable as a header-map key. Any unauthenticated endpoint that parses attacker-controlled multipart/form-data can terminate repeatedly, interrupting the hosting service.
