Local file disclosure via unsanitized SVG attributes

Code injection in Neocotic convert-svg-core before 0.6.3 allows remote attackers to read local files through a crafted SVG conversion. Converter.js removed only the SVG root onload attribute, leaving onfocus with autofocus and other event attributes executable in headless Chromium. A consuming service must accept attacker-controlled SVG input; triggered script can embed a local file in the generated PNG.
