Published May 26, 2022 · Updated Sep 16, 2024
Improper authentication in Dell iDRAC9 5.00.00.00 and later but before 5.10.10.00 allows remote attackers to access the VNC Console. Dell has not disclosed the affected authentication routine or the operation that incorrectly accepts an unauthenticated VNC Console request. Network reachability to the iDRAC interface and user interaction are required; successful access exposes the managed server console to viewing and control.
