CVE-2022-24414Network attack vector

Server access via logged authentication tokens

Published May 26, 2022 · Updated Sep 17, 2024

Sensitive-token exposure in Dell EMC CloudLink before 7.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to access the server through logged GET requests. CloudLink places authentication tokens in GET request query strings, allowing reverse proxies and server logs to persist reusable credentials. Access to those logs or proxies is required to recover a token, which can then authorize access to CloudLink and expose or alter protected data.
