User deanonymization via recoverable identity-encryption value

Broken identity encryption in ETSI TETRA TA61 allows physically proximate attackers to deanonymize and track radio users. The TA61 structure reduces identity protection to a recoverable 64-bit value derived only from the SCK on Class 2 networks or CCK on Class 3 networks. Recovery requires three known plaintext and encrypted identity pairs; the result permits arbitrary identity encryption or decryption and passive movement tracking.
