Radio traffic interception via 32-bit key reduction

Cryptographic weakness in TETRA TEA1 allows physically proximate attackers to decrypt or manipulate radio traffic by brute-forcing its key. The tea1_init_key_register function folds the supplied 80-bit key through an S-box into a 32-bit register, leaving only 2^32 effective key states for exhaustive search. Exploitation requires an air-interface-encrypted network configured with TEA1 and radio access to its traffic; clear systems and other TEA algorithms are not affected.
