Root command execution via cert_utils injection

OS command injection in Fidelis Network and Deception before 9.4.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as root. The rconfig cert_utils utility accepts CLI-controlled input without neutralizing command elements, so injected operating-system commands inherit root privileges. User-level CLI access is required, and successful exploitation can compromise the affected CommandPost, Collector, Sensor, Sandbox, and neighboring components.
