Server-side request forgery in JetBrains TeamCity before 2021.2 allows remote authenticated users to trigger blind server-side requests. JetBrains identifies the vulnerable locus only as an XML-RPC call and has not disclosed which handler or parameter supplies the outbound destination. A low-privileged TeamCity account and network access to the server are required; the blind response prevents direct response-body retrieval.
