Account session reuse via retained login cookie

Insufficient session expiration in JetBrains TeamCity before 2021.2 allows remote attackers to reuse a persistent login cookie after logout. The logout action leaves the persistent authentication cookie intact instead of invalidating or deleting it, so the server continues to accept it. Exploitation requires access to a cookie from an account that selected persistent login and then logged out; reuse preserves that account's authenticated access.
