Unauthenticated memory disclosure via uninitialized memory access

Improper initialization in IGSS Data Server 15.0.0.22020 and earlier allows remote attackers to read process memory via a crafted message. The IGSSDataServer process on TCP port 12401 accesses memory before initializing it, exposing contents left by earlier process activity. No authentication or user interaction is required; the flaw discloses memory contents but does not directly alter data or interrupt the service.
