Unauthenticated denial of service via unreleased allocations

Out-of-bounds read in Distributed Data Systems IGSS Data Server 15.0.0.22020 and earlier allows remote attackers to exhaust memory. IGSSdataServer.exe allocates memory for attacker-controlled data, then catches the resulting read access violation without releasing that allocation. Unauthenticated access to TCP port 12401 and repeated crafted messages are required, ultimately interrupting the Data Server as memory is exhausted.
