Service interruption via unrestricted CloseSession memory consumption

Resource exhaustion in FreeOpcUa all versions allows remote attackers to interrupt OPC UA service availability through crafted requests. The CloseSession handler permits requests with deleteSubscription set to False to bypass memory-consumption limits, so repetition consumes unchecked resources. Any unauthenticated client with network access to the OPC UA endpoint can exhaust memory until the service becomes unavailable.
