Local SYSTEM code execution via unauthenticated pipe

Improper authentication in Acer Care Center 4.00.3000 through 4.00.3038 allows local users to execute code with SYSTEM privileges. ACCsvc grants general users read and write access to its named pipe, accepts an executable path without verifying the client, and launches that path as SYSTEM. A standard local account is required; successful exploitation runs attacker-chosen code with full service privileges and requires no user interaction.
