Arbitrary HTTP requests via unsanitized form tags

Form injection in GitLab 15.0 through 15.1.5, 15.2.0 through 15.2.3, and 15.3.0 through 15.3.1 allows attackers to issue HTTP requests. The Jupyter Notebook viewer sanitizer retains attacker-supplied form tags, including method-override fields and transparent submit controls, so a click submits a request with the viewer's session. A remote authenticated user must commit a crafted notebook and induce another user to view and click it; resulting requests can change account or group data with the victim's privileges.
