Local file disclosure via secondary SVG element

Path traversal in Neocotic convert-svg-core before 0.6.4 allows remote attackers to read local files through a crafted SVG file. Converter.js passes every SVG element to a sanitizer that processes only the first element, then injects the entire selection into Puppeteer. Remote attackers reaching a conversion path can place a benign SVG first and use a later SVG to load a local file into the rendered output.
