Published Mar 21, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Command injection in the snaptPowered2 component of Snapt Aria 12.8 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The management portal accepts unneutralized command syntax in snaptPowered2 configuration requests and passes it to an operating-system command. A valid low-privilege session is required, and the resulting commands run with the permissions of the affected service process.
