Unauthenticated command execution via dmzHost1 injection
Published Feb 4, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Command injection in Tenda G1 and G3 routers 15.11.0.17(9502)_CN allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via dmzHost1. The formSetDMZ function accepts the attacker-controlled dmzHost1 value without neutralizing command syntax before execution. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants control over router command execution.
