Service interruption via rebootTime stack overflow
Published Feb 4, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Stack overflow in formSetRebootTimer in Tenda AX3 16.03.12.10_CN allows remote attackers to interrupt service via rebootTime. The handler processes the attacker-controlled rebootTime value without an effective stack-storage bound; public sources do not identify the exact copy or parsing operation. No authentication or user interaction is required, and sources report service interruption without specifying whether the web process crashes or the router reboots.
