Unrestricted file upload in Hospital Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute PHP code through treatmentrecord.php. The endpoint accepts attacker-supplied PHP files without restricting dangerous file types and leaves them executable by the web server. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants code execution in the web application's server context.
