Arbitrary push delivery via client-side authorization bypass

Authorization bypass in FromSoftware Dark Souls III through 2022-03-19 allows remote authenticated users to send arbitrary push messages. The RequestSendMessageToPlayers matchmaking endpoint accepts caller-supplied player IDs and push bytes while enforcing its delivery restriction only in the client. Any authenticated player with a target player ID can impersonate the matchmaking server and deliver malicious matchmaking messages at scale, even while recipients remain at the main menu.
