Local privilege escalation via stale namespace reference

Use-after-free in Linux kernel 5.14 through 5.16.4 allows local users to escalate privileges through unprivileged user namespaces. The alloc_ucounts function stores a user_namespace pointer without taking an independent reference, allowing a ucounts object to retain a freed namespace. An unprivileged local account can reach the flaw only when unprivileged user namespaces are enabled, gaining elevated kernel-level privileges.
