Factory reset and reboot via authentication code

Uncontrolled resource consumption in GE MDS radios allows attackers to restore factory defaults and reboot affected devices. A device feature accepts an authentication code that invokes the factory-reset operation, replacing the active configuration before the device reboots. Adjacent-network access is required, but no account or user interaction is; affected firmware is iNET/iNET II before 8.3.0, SD before 6.4.7, TD220X before 2.0.16, and TD220MAX before 1.2.6.
