Authentication bypass in Pegasystems Pega Infinity 7.3.1 through 8.7.2 allows remote attackers to bypass local-account password checks. Pegasystems has not published the affected authentication component or how crafted input causes the local-account check to accept invalid credentials. Exposure requires password authentication for a local Pega account; external identity-provider paths are not identified as affected.
