Store denial or redirection via Web Request API

Improper use of the Web Request API in NAVER Whale Browser before 3.12.129.46 allows attackers to block or redirect store visits. The browser gives installed extensions Web Request API authority to cancel extension-store requests or substitute an arbitrary destination. An extension must already be present and a user must visit the store; the result is a blocked store page or navigation to an attacker-chosen URL.
