Unauthenticated HTTPD crash via stale authz pointers

Use-after-free in Apache Subversion mod_dav_svn 1.10.0 through 1.14.1 allows remote attackers to crash HTTPD via authz requests. Its post_config hook caches authz object-pool pointers during a validation pass but does not reset them when HTTPD clears the underlying allocation pool. A later path-based authorization lookup dereferences the stale pointers; the resulting segmentation fault terminates one worker or the entire server process, depending on the configured MPM.
