Memory corruption in Sante DICOM Viewer Pro 13.2.0.21165 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a malicious JP2 file. The JP2 parser fails to properly validate user-supplied data, allowing crafted file contents to corrupt process memory and redirect execution. Exploitation requires user interaction to visit a malicious page or open the file, and code runs with the current process privileges.
