Weak password hashing in Siemens Desigo DXR2, PXC3, PXC4 and PXC5 allows remote authenticated users to recover other users' plaintext passwords. The web application stores PBKDF2-derived password keys with an insufficient iteration cost, allowing a user with profile access to retrieve other account hashes and crack them offline. The impact is credential confidentiality loss; exploitation requires authenticated profile access and does not directly alter controller integrity or availability.
