Network disruption via premature device-management withdrawal

Intent-state mishandling in ONOS 2.5.1 allows remote attackers to disrupt managed connectivity after a network topology change. IntentManager queues an installed PointToPoint intent and immediately drops its device-management state before IntentBatchDelegate rejects the purge, so later link loss does not trigger recompilation. Exploitation requires a purge request against an installed PointToPoint intent followed by a device or link disconnection, which disrupts that intent's connectivity.
