Unauthorized bedtime mode activation via unprotected receiver

Improper access control in Samsung Wear OS 3.0 allows local users to enable bedtime mode through StTheaterModeReceiver. StTheaterModeReceiver accepts requests from untrusted applications without enforcing the permission required to change this system mode. Any installed application can trigger the receiver without privileges or user interaction, interrupting normal watch use by forcing bedtime mode.
