Heap corruption via retained freed WebGPU heap

Use-after-free in Google Chrome WebGPU before 100.0.4896.88 allows remote attackers to corrupt heap memory through crafted HTML. Dawn's D3D12 allocator deletes a directly allocated heap while CommandRecordingContext retains its pointer, which residency processing later dereferences. A user must open the page with unsafe WebGPU enabled; the demonstrated consequence is a browser crash, with potential compromise of browser confidentiality and integrity.
