Stored XSS via unescaped form names

Stored cross-site scripting in Westguard Solutions WS Form LITE and PRO before 1.8.176 allows remote authenticated users to execute script. The form editor stores the Form Name without sanitizing input or escaping it when rendered in the WordPress administration interface. Administrator-level access is required, but the payload executes even when the unfiltered_html capability is disabled and can act in another administrator's browser.
