Local credential disclosure via world-readable configuration

Information disclosure in Keylime before 6.3.0 allows local users to read sensitive credentials from /etc/keylime.conf. The installer copies keylime.conf into /etc without restricting its default 0644 permissions, leaving TPM ownership, TLS private-key, and database passwords world-readable. Any local account can read configured secrets, but the flaw does not grant remote access or directly modify data.
