Verifier service interruption via unbounded quote decompression

Resource exhaustion in Keylime before 6.3.0 allows attackers to interrupt the verifier with a malicious agent quote response. The verifier passes three decoded quote fields to unbounded zlib.decompress calls in _tpm2_checkquote, allowing compact compressed data to exhaust memory. Exploitation requires control of a registered agent during periodic attestation, and the demonstrated consequence is interruption of the verifier process.
