LDAP password disclosure via hardcoded cipher key

Information disclosure in Apache Doris 0.15.0 allows remote attackers to recover LDAP passwords via a cipher initialized with a hardcoded key and IV. The LDAP password encryption routine uses embedded constant cryptographic material, making protected credentials decryptable when ciphertext is obtained. LDAP integration and access to stored or transmitted password data are required; the reported consequence is credential disclosure without integrity or availability impact.
