Unauthenticated service crash via oversized protobuf name

Stack-based buffer overflow in TCL LinkHub Mesh Wifi MS1G_00_01.00_14 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via a crafted network packet. The confsrv set_mf_rule handler copies the protobuf name field with strlen into a fixed 0x40-byte stack buffer, overwriting control data and producing a segmentation fault. An attacker must be connected to the LinkHub-provided Wi-Fi and reach port 9003; tested impact is service crash, with no demonstrated code execution.
