LocalSystem escalation via unquoted service executable path

Unquoted service path in Sherpa Connector Service 2020.2.20328.2050 allows local users to execute code as LocalSystem. Windows registers SherpaConnectorService.exe under an unquoted Program Files path, so service startup can select a planted C:\Program Files\Sherpa Software\Sherpa.exe instead. Exploitation requires write access to a searched parent directory, a condition identified on a poorly configured host.
