Arbitrary file read via double-encoded traversal

Relative path traversal in AVEVA InTouch Access Anywhere 2020 R2 and earlier allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files. The Secure Gateway decodes double-encoded backslash traversal sequences in an /AccessAnywhere/ URL and resolves the result outside its web root. No authentication or user interaction is required; any network client that can reach the gateway can retrieve files readable by its service account.
