Service interruption via signed buffer-size overflow

Integer overflow in Expat before 2.4.4 allows remote attackers to interrupt XML-parsing applications through oversized buffer requests. XML_GetBuffer adds retained context bytes to the requested size in a signed integer without first checking whether the sum exceeds INT_MAX. The path requires a nonzero XML_CONTEXT_BYTES setting; the resulting undefined behavior can crash a consuming application or cause greater impact.
