Panic via invalid elliptic-curve coordinate acceptance

Improper point validation in Go crypto/elliptic before 1.16.14 and 1.17.0 through 1.17.6 allows attackers to cause a panic via crafted coordinates. Curve.IsOnCurve accepts negative or overflowing big.Int coordinates because affected backends reduce, truncate, or discard the sign instead of rejecting invalid field elements. An application must pass attacker-controlled coordinates directly rather than use Unmarshal; subsequent group operations can panic or produce invalid points.
