Arbitrary file write via unchecked TAR paths

Path traversal in Joomla! CMS 3.0.0 through 3.10.6 and 4.0.0 through 4.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary files. Joomla Archive Package before 1.1.12 and 2.0.0 writes Tar::extract entry data to a cleaned joined path without confirming that it remains under the requested destination. Joomla! core exploitation requires administrator privileges; third-party callers can expose the write under different access controls.
