Authenticated MFA bypass via static token key

Improper authentication in PingID Integration for Windows Login 2.4.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to bypass MFA. The integration protects authentication tokens with static encryption key material, enabling a token for one tenant user to be forged and the authentication flow redirected to a different user. Exploitation requires compromised user credentials and user interaction, and it grants impersonation within the same tenant without reported availability impact.
