Account misassociation via ambiguous username mapping

Username collision in Ping Identity PingID integration for Windows login before 2.9 allows local users to disrupt account identification. The username-mapping logic fails to distinguish different people who share a username when provisioned on the same machine at different times, causing the later identity to collide with the earlier mapping. Exploitation requires local user access and that duplicate-name provisioning sequence; the documented consequence is an identity collision, with no broader access or data impact published.
